Hi there, The eggs are boiled and stuffed, you are correct, We usually fill them with prawn, egg roe and mayonnaise. In the video all the food was made by our friends and these eggs I believe were made from sour cream prawns and egg roe. There really isn’t a special name but I will link some info for you.

@@shalikamarker2923 We also used to pick wild blueberries in Bear country! Always added a thrill of adrenaline to those delicious blueberry pancakes, etc. Christmas carols always were our fallback alerting songs for possible bears! LOL.
