Can’t get mine to set to 30 seconds. I have an led strip setup in my stairwell with this exact sensor and it is always on for 10 min if not on test mode. How do I set it so it stays at the 30 seconds before it turns off!? I’m losing my mind lol
Junk unit. I installed 3 of these and they all do the same thing. I set it to 30 seconds, confirm the single blink, it stays on for 10 minutes still. Go back into programming, it’s still showing the single blink 3 times. Still won’t shut off after 30 seconds. It’s not just one unit, it’s all of them. I’ve spent 3-4 hours going through the simple instructions and trying over and over again, called and waited on hold for 40 minutes before giving up on customer service. I really wanted these to work, but I have to switch to Leviton.
Thanks for this video. Is there a way to completely disable the sensor? Removing sensor is not an option. Lights need to stay on for work to be safe, meaning work cannot be performed in the dark. Thanks again.

I am having the very same problem and losing my mind! So there is no solution eh? You mentioned Leviton. Do they have one that works for 30 seconds?
Do you know the code to factory reset the occupancy sensor?

Is there a wall switch option so you won’t need a ladder to program these units. Also would need a complete over ride wall switch.

at 3:10 isn't test mode 4 button presses than wait for a flash and press again 6 times, not 4?
