I've taken a bit of a break from RUclips because of computer issues, as I don't think my getting frustrated on air is the best content to put out. Not putting out content regularly causes less people to find me, as the algorithm won't promote it unless I put stuff out more often. Shorts are great for fixing that, I'm told. I'll be back when I have the problem fixed, and I'll make more of these. Cheers 🍻

@TrainMaxxerRHEEEloaded very interesting looking birds. I have chickens but have been thinking of getting pheasant and quail. That would probably be it for a while, although I know I could never get peafowl because of the noise.

@danielcarter305 I've never had peafowl myself, but a neighbor did and one of the hens came around and visited for a few days. Yes they are quite loud!

I tend to focus on canned meats because protein is harder to get in nature and is critical for maintaining strength. Canned pasta is acidic, if stored a long time it can corrode through the can. Peanut butter is good. It lasts as long as it's not opened. Otherwise, it can go rancid. Dry beans last a long time, and so does rice, but I've had bugs hatch out of a 50lb sack before. The trick with dry pasta is to stick it in the freezer for 16 days before storing it, which kills any biscuit beetle eggs that may be in it. Then pasta can be stored indefinitely. I like crackers, but they will go rancid. I don't eat much cereal, so I'm not sure how long it lasts. Thanks for the question!
