Fun fact: From did not implement the script that makes you fail a mission if you exit the combat zone in this one. At the start, if instead of going ahead you turn back and ascend the shaft you can exit the tunnel and go into the void. While in floating in this void, you can flight around the exterior of the tunnels. Moreover, your shots do not clip the walls. This allows you to attack with impunity all the enemies and clear the mission without efforts. At least, this works in the PS3 version, I do not know if in the Xbox version it was fixed.

Regarding what happened at 2:24: if you let the left analog stick go, tilt the right stick left/right and use quickboost then your AC will use the boost to pivot onto intself in that direction. The degree of the turn depends on your Turning Ability and it is very possible to reach nealry 180 degrees, hence giving you a way to quickly turn around. This maneuver is called "quick turn". It is not explained in the in-game tutorial, yet it is mentioned in the manual.
