This station was quite nice I can’t lie however what made it more interesting is the fact I saw a Class 20 today with a tone as well and a Class 37 even showed up today honestly it’s been a great time and I will definitely do it again one day but anyway enjoy

I actually really enjoyed this station it was a very interesting experience quite a lot of freight yet there are less operators than bushey but it’s more fun no don’t expect my trains and tones series to take place here as there are too many staff around I will try to get a trains and tones out there soon tho I mean to be fair I did get a tone off a 390 as some people were standing over the yel...

Big station with High Speed and Eurostar to watch but sadly Eurostar don’t stop here anymore they really should have Eurostar to stop at Ashford again as then I could of had a ride on a Eurostar from Ashford back to London St Pancreas if it was before 2007 tho it would be Waterloo instead as Platforms 20-24 at Waterloo are actually the old Eurostar platforms now used by SouthWesternRailway also...

Today we are at Stansted Airport sadly couldn’t spot any planes and I will be honest it isn’t the most interesting station I have been to all I wanted to see was a XC 170 anyway so nothing new but I did also see the whole Greater Anglia fleet at least best one being 745s ofc 720s are 💩 and 755s I refuse to comment as I haven’t been on them but anyway time for fun tomorrow at least but enjoy

I agree with you in this video that cross country is awful. Pre covid XC used to run two trains an hour from Oxford up to Manchester and Newcastle. Unfortunately not all of the Newcastle services have returned meaning that all XC services are all packed. XC should not have got rid of those HST'S. And there is no talks of the Southampton extensions to and from Newcastle. Just marvellous. I use xc a lot from Banbury and I agree with you, they are awful
@@William-ty2lt they use to be great until they Covid hit with the Edinburgh to Southampton route being withdrawn and the HSTs withdrawal only made things worse because now they have pressured the voyagers for other routes it’s so bad they want the rest of avantis 221s in my opinion what they should of done is get all the 221s in service first then withdraw the HSTs not the other way round now don’t get me wrong they do have a nice fleet when you can actually use them but Arriva CrossCountry have basically been the downfall of Virgin CrossCountry with the Brighton to Manchester via Gatwick Airport and Kensington Olympia route being withdrawn and services to Portsmouth Weymouth and London Paddington also being withdrawn but then the saying is It’s always Arriva because it is always Arriva as Arriva has messed up Northern rail not once but twice as they ran the northern network back in 2004 Arriva won it back in 2016 but the tables turned on them when they messed up with the May 2018 timetable change but the big issue with XC is they also don’t have enough trains in the fleet the sooner they grab some HSTs from Storage the better another thing to say here is they call themselves CrossCountry but they withdrew all the services via London

You get the same issue as filming on the train, i was filming the train journey from London Victoria to Crystal Palace and when it got into Clapham Junction, the woman behind me questioned what i'm doing, then i said to her i'm filming the train and then she also said that i'm not allowed to film people without concent when i'm literally filming the train, that's exactly why i don't have loads of respect for other people as they are too rude these days, also that dispatcher lady is so rude aswell i don't get what's wrong with standing where it's a good spot to capture trains and she's just being stupid in my opinion! Keep up the good work mate!
@@TrainBoy-tf9gh certain places on a platform are not safe spots some spotters stand over the yellow line and then you get some that obstruct signals platform staff do it for both the right and wrong reasons

@@AKG_2014 I saw one at Wimbledon for Hampton Court, New Eltham for Cannon Street, Corby for St Pancreas, Watford Junction for both drop off and boarding for once for Euston, Shenfield for Southend Victoria, Seven Sisters diverted one for Liverpool Street and good old Clapham Junction for a Stratford Service I also saw a 319 at West Hampstead on a proposed extension to Raynes Park
