Yeah, if you're smart, you focus on making money while your employees learn how to do the trade. If you focus on learning the trade more than learning to run a successful profitable business, you'll never scale up and never make any real money. As the business owner, you owe it to your employees and yourself to fucus on making money because without it, your business will cease to exist. Don't believe me, go give it a try, you'll learn. Just think how difficult it will be spending all your time doing the trade while continuously finding guys you can trust to come work for you on three different crews while simultaneously having all your office task in line. If you want want to be a tradesman, you must stay as an employee. Do not pursue your own business, or you will hate it, and you'll end up broke and in trouble.

But if someone hasn't earned money yet or goes through financial hardship his trust is in the lord not his pocketbook. God rewards those who diligently seek him and addition use their talents. Where did I promote poverty. Also say a man squandered his wealth is he no a loser. No he is still cherished by God what did God say about the prodigal son. He the father welcomed him home with a feast for he returned home to his dad. As when Christians stray and come back to the lord. Because of the unforeseen maintenance issues that cost me time. I would rather just get a brand new car every two or three years and if it breaks down, call the dealership and then they give me a new one.
