THE OFFICE SIMS 1 #5 - I built Michael Scott's house - AND HE BOUGHT A PLASMA TV
Do you remember when Michael Scott bought his house in season 2 of The Office? Yeah, I tried to make that same house.
Of course, just like all houses that I tried to copy from TV shows/games/cartoons, its far away from perfect. The main proof is the garage shape. Also, the original house is semi-detached, which is a thing that doesn't exist in The Sims 1. But I really tried my best. I even researched the original floor plant based on a news that the house which they used to shoot the original scenes was for sale. But, well, the garage still had that weird shape. Well, we can't have cars in The Sims 1 so, no problem...
And, do you remember Michael Scott talking about his PLASMA TV at the op...

The Sims 1 was hard.
Before this gameplay series, I forgot how hard it was
Well that's kinda strange 4:24, it always work for me. Another one I can think of is to zoom out and try to look for pets' poo/pee or hole somewhere in the lot. Is hiring a butler disturbed the challenge? If not, as a last resort maybe try to hire a butler only for one or two days, because he can detect and clean those things that for us are difficult to see. I will try to think of another cause and maybe we can solve this together lol. Good luck!
Try to check it when there is still sun since you dont have lights outside (of course you can always add an outside lamp), as long as there are no trashes, puddles, poo or holes, I believe the room motives shouldnt be zero (it wont be full green either, but not zero for sure). To get full green I think you already know: statue/fountain, pool, plants etc. And dog/cat poo are a little hard to see, so hiring butler for a day or two will help to fix it I believe (and he also fix dogs' holes too!)
Hi I just started to watch your rags to riches and see your note about room motive on the outside. From my experience, it is caused by the magic box (as the time progress, it makes the room goes to zero). It is the game telling you to open it, so my advice is just delete the box without opening it (no money gained). Hope it can help!

The green of the grass just makes it look too cartoony. Maybe if you had a more realistic grass it would have been much better. But good work overall.
