I went and looked for the products you use. My hair is low porosity and protein sensitive therefore Products with coconut or olive oil are like my hair's nemesis. Can you say if the shampoo and conditioner you use have these products as main ingredients?

I will be doing conditioner wash again, but now i know to do a shampoo wash when needed, or clarifying shampoo. I use to do conditioner wash, but was told by hair dresser not to and also not to wash my hair so often. . At the time it was really making my hair softer! So im going back to what works for my hair!! Thanks so much for the tips. Your hair is beautiful ❤
