Dylan's 2026 Carrizo Gorge Excursion (Story in the Description)
In 2026, the Carrizo Gorge Scenic Railroad opened. Dylan, who was having a visit there for opening day, was selected to haul the first excursion through Carrizo Gorge. Daniel the SD40T-2 and Ralph the SD45R are taking part in this too in case if Dylan were to break down. As Dylan made his way through Carrizo Gorge, so many great memories of working on the San Diego & Arizona Eastern came back to him. When Dylan crossed the Goat Canyon Trestle, Dylan couldn't help but smile as he saw the wonderful view in the gorge. Dylan was very glad to have returned to one of his old stomping grounds after so long.

The GTW SDP40F Twins, #9040 and #9047, are back after quite a long time! They are currently hauling a merch train up a steep grade with a pair of GTW GP9's as helpers. All of the boxcars are NARM's Trainz GTW SDP40F's are from Track 29 (GONE)

Somewhere in the Splatlands lies the Cuttlefish Canyon. The mainline runs along the cliffside of the canyon and speed is limited to 30 miles per hour. Not only that, the grade ranges from 2 - 2.3%. With that being said, a helper is required to push the train up the steep grades. Former SP SP-1 #5012, was shipped to InkRail along side former SP GS-4 #4443 after they were both retired from Southern Pacific. 4443 was placed on the City Of Inkopolis Passenger Train while 5012 was put on fast freight service on the mainline and slow mountain freight trains on the Conch Shell Mountain Branchline. InkRail has a third 4-8-4 Northern Locomotive for the City Of Inkopolis Passenger Train and that's a former NYC S-1-b Niagara #6017. Sometimes you can see 4443 and 819 double-heading, sometimes you can see 4443 and 6017 double-heading, and sometimes you can see 819 and 6017 double heading. #SplatoonTrainz

With the release of OperatorFrisco’s new SP GS Class Revamps out, I felt like trying something new for my trainsona (Dylan the SP GS-4 #4489). I’m retiring the JR GS-4 from being used for Dylan. I’ll still use it for background trains and stuff.
