Hi when i was on the safety squat bar it was hard for to stay stiff because of the padding and also stay centered on yhe bar. Any tips for this?

I set my pins too lower neck lengh too increase front delt power. Still good method what your doing though. I never see anyone doing this infact ive never seen anyone do it in 5 years of training. I do it every shoulder day. Along with floor paused tricep bench presses. Works a charm.
Laura, I never saw Louie mention doing these with anything other than a conventional stance. Would there be any harm doing these with a much wider stance for somebody wanting to target their hamstrings real hard or would that be dangerous with the balistic nature of this lift?
I've seen em done with a wider stance just make sure you don't go to terribly heavy. Cheers to the gains 🍻

I suggest anyone who wants to try this ,to first train for a lengthy cycle on static pike holds sets of 30-60 seconds ,using same body position as the situp. Also plank to rotations, one needs strong pelvic floor,obliques to stabilize the spine before putting it under great shearing load
That also is a lot of strain on the hip flexors.

So what does a 900 pound deadlifters work out with Dimmel deadlifts? Noticed nobody does anymore than one plate during demonstration, hmmm..,....
