Scrum is cancer, its a fallacy - its a HR toolset to appear to build unity and production to make them seem useful. it hurts development, defeats moral, and segregates the workers. that's like asking a painter to write code. stick to your own lane and respect each other. if you need scrum, you should evaluate what is the actual problem, and resolve it as a team and coordinate on a problem kill board and bounties.
Always impactful❤
'promosm' 😃
I didn’t catch the name of the book Please what’s the name of the book?
Amazing. Great job
Thanks nimi
Thanks Nimi for sharing your experience.
Is there any video of the session? Thanks
It's always a pleasure listening to Anna, I have learned so much from her in my scrum master journey. Thank you Anna for all you do to your community ❤️
Khwezi's insights on involving stakeholders and sponsors through visual tools like MURAL are golden. This episode reaffirms the importance of coaching and team empowerment in Agile. Great listen!
This is incredible knowledge sharing, beyond the books!! Thanks a ton Vasco, very helpful.😊
This show is an ocean of knowledge.. Such valuable insights for free.. no training can match this. Deeply grateful to you Vasco for this commendable show. ❤
💯! I love the success mindset shift! Thank you!
Maybe you should consult the Triz liberating structure because it does resemble the retro format your guest talked about A👉🏽How I could I mess up x B 👉🏽 what things are we doing today that could fall into patterns A C👉🏽 what should we stop doing from B
*Promo sm* 🤗
Good explanation. On the W3 format
👋🏻 I like it
🤟🏻 I like it 💯
Great podcast, thank you guys!!!
🤟🏻 Like it! 💫
Great discussion and interesting insights
Great week indeed. Thank you Vasco and Oz
This is what I have been looking for. I have a lot of questions.
Am curious to know what the guest thinks the team has if the scrum master ask questions and no one responds
That's a great question! Have you tried waiting it out? What do you think of that?
Kirill, thank you for sharing your experiences. It was a great week.
'The transaction have to be facilitated'
✌🏻 keep it up 🍾
I totally agree to this approach to Retrospectives. Thank you for Sharing Alina
scrum master to contribute via roadmaps ? Isn't that the PO's domain ?
Hey LaPer, The idea shared was that Scrum Masters can help the team, PO, and stakeholders work to define a roadmap (providing facilitation, and visualization techniques), and that way help the team even if the Scrum Master isn't yet familiar with the technical aspects of the product. Does this help?
Love the principle of convergence
How would you apply it in your work?
Thanks for sharing the lesson. I really appreciate how you turned potential probelems from conclusions into experiments and learning opportunity for the team.
Hey Tohmo, how will you apply that in your work?
Thank you for this topic. I am taking a personal decision and new year resolution to help my PO improve on all 3 constituencies and to bring greater value to my company.
Do you want to share how you helped the PO? And remember to ping us when you want to come on the podcast and share your story!
This was really a great gift 🎁
Thanks Vasco. Circular board? hearing it first time
Hey @George! Yes! It was the first time I heard it too! I think Elly makes a great point though!
I enjoy your podcast alot
Caption is not available, nice topic today.
Alister Haberfield this one’s a good one
this was exactly what i was looking for, thanks for sharing
This was indeed very resourceful and insightful. Thanks for the video!
Very welcome!
It’s funny the guest talks about the anti patterns of tracking points and focusing on productivity and more work but also enjoys a book that has a title that is so misleading that it can unintentionally go into those anti patterns It’s not twice the work half the time It’s twice the value half the time and value passes through different stages with learning value being a driver for user value and business value
"Create space for creativity to emerge" that's my take-away
Vasco Duarte is so underrated. It’s unbelievable!!
Thank you TITO'S TEAM 🥳 Appreciate it.
This was interesting, thanks!
Great interview! Interesting realworld analogies, especially stonecutting relative to software development. Will definitely try those recommended reads, and start applying some habit loop ideas to our own development process. Thanks David!
Very interesting and valuable talk. Thanks David.
Interesting talk, thanks David!
Great video David
Such a great talk! Your guest David has some incredible insight :)
