finally decided to try this game... just to realize there is no tutorial and being absolutly lost at the very first race... like what even is the thing in the right corner that sometimes says danger and does not give any hint how to avoid that? How can you have no tutorial for such a game?

This is really an old handled. I remember Playing it in umd in psp 1000 are slugish. But In modded psp 3000 playing it in iso kinda better. But yeah ark of napish psp version sucks. I like those other two better the YS seven and the Oath of Felghana

Definitely gonna get my hands on Mercury Meltdown. I've got some leftover recommendations though: Half-Minute Hero: A constantly humorous RPG in fast-forward. You have 30 seconds to grind up the EXP necessary to defeat each area's evil lord, before they cast a spell that destroys the world. As long as you have the money, you can keep paying the Time Goddess to rewind the clock and earn more EXP. Kurohyou (or "Yakuza/Like a Dragon: Black Panther): While it takes place in Kamurocho, this Yakuza spinoff duology follows a delinquent that learns what it means to have a reason for fighting. It's made by the Def Jam devs, and plays fairly similarly to those games. Rengoku-Tower of Purgatory: I haven't spent much time on this one, but it's a procedurally generated action game about modifying your robot body with various weapons and abilities.

From what I've read/seen online, Dissidia 012 seems the same situation that Castlevania 64 and Legacy of Darkness are in.

Twisted metal head on was awesome online. I actually never really played much of the campaign back in the day because I was always in a multiplayer lobby. Back then it seemed insane that a portable game could have online functionality at all.

Oh man, MERCURY MELTDOWN. Spent hours on that one at my friend's house on the Wii. Glad to see it being mentioned again in any form.

The PS2 version of Head On messed up quite a few things. 1. For one the napalm became stupidly overpowered. 2. The final boss's godly 2 theme songs where replaced by the mini game music and the boss lost his one attack. 3. The music thing is that all levels have 2 or 3 songs and in the PSP version the song selection is random per level. The PS2 version seems to have added a sequential list, which is a problem since the levels end before the song can end. Take this one with a grain of salt, but I think one song might straight up be missing. Btw I have never encountered that audio glitch, were you playing a US Rom? I have the PAL version so maybe it's fixed in that version.

Awesome video guys! The transitions between parts are fun. PSP really did have some nice hidden gems on it. I've been wondering about the Dungeon Siege game, nothing like the PC originals but still a neat one. Respect to the returning Sudoku game.

Rest in Peace Ready at Dawn; the studio that made Daxter and a bunch of other great stuff. They were constantly fighting to become the next Insomniac or Naughty Dog but they just never quite made it and they were shut down just last month.

Wow finally someone talking about Warriors of the Lost Empire. It’s a gem, too bad it didn’t get a sequel. They could have fixed the issues in the game and made it much better.

What if I make a channel that’s dedicated to the PSVita and its games, and name it PSVita woman hehehe.

Well, I discovered this series when a friend gave me this game on PSP, and I loved it! And finished it, which is kinda rare in my case lol. But yes compare to the other versions it's the worst version except for extras. I'll definitely replay it on Steam!

Man DK Land had many issues but having that game as a kid on my GBA SP was so great cause I never owned a Snes to play the Country counterparts. I miss those days of creating counterparts for handhelds for people who didn't own their home consoles. That level select map music is so Nostalgic and relaxing.

I actually enjoyed this game back then. The soundtrack has a dashboard confessional song and that got me into their music. lol

2:16 it's funny how Viz Media also made a really solid Naruto dub around the same time the Zatch Bell dub aired (the Naruto dub was also aimed at the same audience), and the Naruto dub actually improved some scenes from the Japanese version (like the Japanese version had some very bad animation, while the American redrew the bad animation scenes to make them look a lot nicer)
