Why does this happen in both Ranked and Unranked?

I don't know how to use Present Mic.

One more time so it sinks in, sometimes I can't do anything against Toga. Tech and Rapid.

This was done in Unranked Match. I've gotten a bit better with him. But I still need to improve more with him. Once I do, I will be untouchable with him.
