Today the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals voted 2-1 to uphold a ruling in Garcia v City of Los Angeles which also involved the organizations @ktownforall and @legalaidla. The ruling was in relation to a city code, LAMC 56.11, which was being used by the city to seize and throw away homeless individuals essential belongings. Directed and Edited by Eli Graham

The City of LA is about to open the country’s largest tiny home village for the homeless in Highland Park. The community of these tiny cabins built by Pallet Shelter and funded by the City of Los Angeles will provide temporary housing to over 200 individuals. What do you think of these projects? LA just passed a new law to stop landlords from hiding affordable housing listings from the public. The City of LA just passed a law to put an end to landlords being able to hide and conceal their affordable housing status and centralize access for all prospective tenants. No for large majority of them because they fentanyl addicts, and they are not capable of doing anything no matter how simple it is. They reject housing, or simply destroy it if they end up in one.

If only the government cared as much about regular working citizens and spent these funds on bettering the infrastructure and amenities of the city instead of spending it on homeless, addicts and lazy SOBs , over and over, year after year. How beautiful and livable would these cities be?
