Mr. Forsyth, Looking for a maybe particular sort of layout I suppose. Saw a home in Chula Vista Norte where the Great Room opened up (3 panel sliding glass door I believe it was) to the pool. Had a view both from the one bedroom on the second floor (to die for of the lake) as well as the pool area. Oh! There was a jacuzzi just of the pool I believe as well. Anyway, an outside-like cooking availability as well as a Chef’s kitchen inside (one of my passions, cooking) Oh! oh, …it had a theater room I would have added proper sitting (oversized leather chairs that it would be hard for guest to have to leave the home, lol). There was a Master Bedrm just off the pool as well and the Master bath was spot on. The name of the home I remember, (maybe should have started with that) but it was called, “Fortuna”. Maybe Casa Fortuna? (Remembered the name because that was the name of my Chief in the military when stationed in the Keys of Florida. So there you go,…if you happen to come across just a place with those characteristics would appreciate a mention? If you could also leave a number / email I’ll be in contact. I prefer a sales person that makes the property the main subject of the video, like you do. Others make their persona the star in the video, placing the property as an appendix of the sales person.
