Ottar Jakob Johansen også kjent som Ottar «Big Hand» Johansen, er en norsk country-artist og komponist. Han fikk sitt gjennombrudd sammen med bandet Country Snakes på begynnelsen av 70-tallet. Han ga ut sin første soloplate Hverdagshelter i 1978 og startet samtidig bandet Country Team.
På begynnelsen av 80-tallet var han medlem av popgruppen Strikk som ga ut et album i 1980.
Johansen var sentral i countryseriene Landhandelen og Hillbilly Highway, som begge gikk på NRK TV, henholdsvis på 70-tallet og i 1993. I Landhandelen spilte han sammen med gruppene Country Snakes og Country Team, og var med på albumserien Countryfest.
Johansen har samarbeidet med artister som Lillian Askeland, Tore Andersen, Steinar Albrigtsen, Stephen Ackles og Hilde Heltberg, og vant i 1988 Spellemannprisen 1988 i klassen «roots & country» for sitt album Game of Hearts.
I perioden 1983 til 1987 samarbeidet Johansen med Claudia Scott og Casino Steel under navnet «Claudia / Big Hand / Casino». Trioen ga ut tre plater, og fikk Spellemannprisen 1985 i klassen roots & country for albumet Oh Yeah!.
