lots of great information. i will rewatch and take notes. i've been vegan for years but my health was not the focus. i simply did not want to eat animals any longer. i did rely on processed foods more often than i should have. but i attribute the fact that my blood pressure, heart, cholesterol, etc are all very good( i am not on any medication) because going vegan i gave up lots of food that was even more unhealthy: dairy and sugary drinks like soda and juices, fatty foods and meat. i have been making a concerted effort to incorporate more plant based WHOLE FOODS into my diet. the resources you mentioned at about the 44:35 mark i am somewhat familiar with - i can vouch that they are very reputable resources and can be searched online for those wishing to learn more. thanks for this presentation.
