Thanks for the video. We were locked out of a rental car and this saved our life! Great video. Terrible feature. Why would you hide a keyhole? If it’s for car theft criminals will just bash the window in rather than walk away because there’s not a keyhole. Retarded. Just like the touch screen for AC control. So dangerous because it makes you take your eyes off the road. Just give me the damn knobs. Regards!

This video is sooo wrong. If you want to break your key, it's a good video. The correct way to open the remote case is to stick a flat head screwdriver into the small square slot on the left and turn clockwise half turn. Case pops open.

Mine never starts by just pushing the button. I always have to give it a little gas while pushing. And it will shut off if I don't keep giving it a little gas for 30 to 60 seconds right after starting. Other than that I love the thing. It's my first scooter. I've had it 2 weeks.
