Happy World Land: Arrival on April 6th, 2021
Просмотров 76 тыс.3 года назад
At long last, they have arrived. It took, oh roughly, 29 years and they didn't age but they don't want to over-do it on the first visit. Think of what fun they'll have to look forward to the nice time they go.

I once dressed up for Halloween in The Box Look and my brothers, who got the inside joke, wanted to show their friends the reference. Well..here it is.

Late on the night of Andre De Grasse's bronze medal win at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, this classic Canadian TV show came to my head. The coincidences with the theme song were too much to ignore and I had to create this video. I'm sorry I had to use footage from CBC sports.

I created this for the times I need to sarcastically applaud something on social media.

This was during an activity for Laugh Out Loud at BYU a few years ago. I like to think that its where the Wilhelm Scream came from.

Westbridge YSA Roadshow: The Legend of Kishkuman
Happy World Land? more like Suicide Land, if you ask me! Think of all the fatalities from those rides!
Was that Jonathan Winters voicing Hampton's dad?
Always felt bad for Plucky.
The arrival at Walley World wasn't this funny.
I'm curious as to how the stairway to heaven and to a lesser extent, the bullet train to heck, work as rides. Is their something at the top of the stairway? Do you just walk up or ride up? Is the bullet train to heck a ride that goes back and forth or one way?
Poor poor poor Plucky!!!
The stairway to heaven and the bullet train to heck 😂😂😂
Wow plucky has endured 30 years riding with hamptons crazy ass family just to ride the monorail and to see all those fun rides he won't be riding? I'd say hell is saint compared to what plucky went through.
Crazy how we are 3 years later than 2021 and they went at the time of the pandemic 😂 i wonder if they had covid?
Happy world land really was $80 per person 😔.
They finally made it. 😢
I wish we did a huge event for this, like with Zac and Cody did for the restaurant reservecatuon
They drove all that way for one lousy ride on the monorail. I'd have let the psycho killer hitchhiker have them and called a cab to go home after that. The psycho seemed to be more disturbed about pork/pigs than he was about plucky anyway.
He was such a nice young man!
@@rockycomet4587Winnie (Hamptons mom) wouldn't be saying that once he head her head on a plate with an apple in the mouth. 😄😄
@@jonpowell4246 But remember, they gave him Plucky's address.
To be fair for both sides….. 1) you’re supposed to ride every ride so next year, you’ll know which ones to ride and look forward to and which ones to avoid and not waste time 2) those other rides looked awfully lethal. I mean how could anyone survive any of those rides? I’m not sure who to side.
May be they didn't have the money for Happy World Land. $80 a pop for a total of $400 in 1992 is worth nearly $180 a pop for nearly $900 in total today. Theme parks can be more worthwhile in the Summer when the hype for rides is higher while waiting in lines. Theme parks around early October or late January are usually empty where I've been able to ride everything and go on my favorite rides more than once within a day. I went to Universal Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights and had money for the park itself where I got to ride everything on both Islands of Adventure and the main park in one day. Although Happy World Land is lethal, I'm more surprised that they survived the car ride to it.
For some reason I suspect a guy named Jack Oswald White was the creator of this theme park.
Hampton: golly,The Stair Way To 'Heaven"! Plucky: Check this out,The Bullet Train To "Heck"! Made Me Laugh To Heck! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great video
Thanks
When Dave and bambi update in that April 6th, 2021
R.I.P. Joe Alaskey (1952-2016) 😭😭😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭
It makes me sad to think how the Disney Parks had the best attractions during the 90's and early 2000's. All kinds of remodeling and replacement attractions have taken over near the 2020's.🥲
OMG...just watch this after 30 years....back then in french .
A lot happened in that time frame
When I was a child I was actually relieved they only took the monorail because once you got to the second half of the rides where pretty much everyone just started DYING I was so worried and thought the parents knew about what and decided maybe this WASNT the year for a whole family suicide 😂😂😂
Poor Plucky. He literally went through all that hell just for one lousy monorail ride.
Yeah all for nothing
2:42-44 I don't like the end sentence on that
Hampton’s Dad: I know the way, Plucky, thank you. 😑
Glad to see COVID didn't shut this place down.
2:42 "Happy Crasher has crashed!"
I also realized that this is all exaggeration. The 'Tiny Toons' cartoon movie called 'How I Spent Summer Vacation,' is a parody to 'Problem Child 2.'
It's now April 6, 2022 😁
Ladies and Gentlemen! Fellow Toonsters! One year ago today Plucky Duck finally made it to Happy World Land!
1 year anniversary!
I remember watching this as a little kid! ...Now I feel so old, and the fact that I'm catching this a year late doesn't help.😅 But seriously, this is a great post.👍
Thanks.
Nicole kidman
Don Messick did such a fantastic job voicing hamton and of course Joe Alaskley as plucky also did a fantastic job voicing him as well as later voicing daffy and sylvester may they both rest in pice they will be missed deeply by us all who grew up with thier talented voices as children
They drive all that way to an amusement park, just to ride the monorail so they can see what the park looks like and go home? Cray-ZEE!!! But then again, after seeing what a crazed and bizarre place Happy World Land is, maybe it was for the best that they went home after the monorail ride. Watching those people get killed on those rides, you'd think they ought to shut that place down! Sounds more like Unhappy World Land to me!
Imagine you've waited 29 years just to go to your favorite Six Flags amusement park, and on April 6th, 2021, you finally get your wish. But imagine having to drive for miles through a desert in the middle of nowhere in a cramp car with a family of pigs and no AC, holding your breath and wishing you were at Six Flags while driving through a 7-mile tunnel, picking up a demented, chainsaw-wielding maniac along the way, and when you finally get there, you ride a monorail just to see the whole damn park, and when the monorail ride is over, your parents say it's time to go home. You don't want to leave, but your parents say they don't want to overdo it on the first visit and to think what fun you'll have to look forward to during the next visit. Who the hell knows when that's going to be?! Probably another 29 years, I suppose! Maybe longer! You'd be an old man with a long white beard by then! Man, whoever thought life can be one big disappointment? And at least the rides at Six Flags aren't endangering people's lives!
[Comment of the day 03/15/2022]. What's amazing is that it was EXACTLY on my BIRTHDAY and next month, April comes again and consequently, this video will be 1 year old! (I will be 19 years old!) CONGRATULATIONS, PLUCKY! HAHAHAHA!
wow he made it last year! 0.o
I bet they had a time machine to get back to the time this cartoon aired. I mean, doesn't anyone think that Covid would've been predicted in this cartoon? The producers of this cartoon probably didn't know the virus would be a thing until 2019. Plucky and Hamton's family must've drove through the pandemic and arrived at precisely April 6th, 2021. I know it's pretty obvious, but my point still stands.
Damn I missed it :(
See you again in another " (29x2) - 1 = __ " years.
Boy was plucky the dumbass 2 think that he would go all of them ride's when it was revealed that they only got 2 go one ride but if I was with them & I ask if we were only going to go 1 ride then why the hell y'all wanna come all the way over here?????😳😳😳😳
Rewatched this yesterday, after some 30 odd years. Imagine my surprise when I heard the date :D So I am here, a little late, but still paying respect to Plucky and Joe Alaskey. This was(and still is), one hell of a ride and my childhood was better because of it.
I was actually with Plucky, that was pathetic
Jesus I was a child when plucky made this prediction. I'm 34

Deadpool: It’s a good place that toons don’t age.
It took 30 years, but they finally made it !!!
They will be back home on April 23, 2050 if they take the exact same route back home.
