I'd just charge the tablet untill the solar charger is dead, then leave it in the sun outside for a couple of days and see how much it charges it until it's dead again

I got one about 5 years ago, about the same price. It has improved by one dot. That thing never charged through the solar part.

That solar panel literally has a one watt charging speed to charge the battery

Those things always suck pretty bad as far as solar recharging goes. also, I am pretty sure that the glass from a windshield greatly reduces the amount of power collected via solar.
