Hello! It's very simple. If you are using CapCut on a PC, follow these steps: 1. Click outside your clips to bring up the Details window. 2. At the bottom right, press Modify. 3. Another window will appear. Go to Details and turn Free Layer on then press Save. And that's it! You should now be able to move the text overlay and the video clip as needed.
