Okay I somewhat got the picture. What I can't clearly understand is what you ment by you redeemed 2gift cards. Did you redeemed it from Google play or just only purchased them. First things first. Check your Google pay and Google play store region it simply could be one of that two haven't taken you as someone live in us. Then you can can reset device network adapter cache it's different from device to device. You can Google how to. Then install a VPN app that let you change your IP to us. And try redeem again. If you are stuck at redeeming the code through Google play I'm kinda sure it's just that your Google play region or Google pay region is set to somewhere beside us. Wish you good luck 🍀

Agi mechs 😅 I had to face the same issue it's bug i believe try for me after restarting the game it was all good try lowering graphics settings to low and turning off unnecessary graphics enchantments also if you have apps like game booster try without using them and clear game app cache

Last chapter hmmm Verthandi vs Gremory battle right? You mean like game bug or hard to fight against? If it's about how win against her it's bit tricky you need to dodge attacks in first part but since she can attack you no matter how far you from her you need to charge up her ultimate and 3rd ability as fast as you can that is the only dodgy chance you will get first form of first ability is also an option but you'll need to use it wise when Gremory ready to attack you with one of her normal attacks use it to get little more time for your self triggering zero time use second form of it to deal the best damage possible if you use her combos correctly mostly using first ability to go through enemies you won't face much hardships in first part in second part it mostly do the best damage possible and click dodge button as much as possible like you never did in both phases you'll get one rivive chance which cost some gold coins but use it wisely since you'll only get one chance

If it's a bug can you send me more details like which type of mobile you use model ram etc and game information like game version and language pack you use I'll try my best to give you a solution

Well admin is keeping her data chip with her but haven't gotten a chance to tell others he have it since he's scared Odin might kill her again so because of that reason he haven't tell others about Skuld well he don't even know her name now in recent story chapter 13 Odin and Gengchen speak about others besides modifiers that who have powers to intervene with Gaea who are more powerful than modifiers and aren't enemies of human kind but currently not doing anything at all to intervene or stop visbabe activities im kind of sure there will be a time we will meet whoever helped admin to save Skuld come out as an modifier and we'll get the chance to meet skuld again like modernia in nikke im sry if yiu aren't familiar with that game well that's my theory though things might turn iust different well about the time line I'm pretty sure this happened in present timeline since I haven't seen Odin using her powers if this was one of timeline sights in current version Odin won't be using her future foresight ability but she does so in chapter 14 well im open to here your idea as well I'm happy to see others interested about storyline of this game

Did you check your region of pay store if it says us it's kinda hard to understand why it happens like that you just simply need to change your Google pay store/Google pay region to us and use a VPN to change your access location to us and it's simple like that but even after you finish all that steps if the problem still present let me know I'll try my best to help you out

I looked in to your issue it's bit weird it's simply possible to add numbers to the in-game name but try a different name and if it won't solve your issues first thing is game only support English and Chinese letters as in-game names as far as I know you can't put spaces or symbols in it and can't use different font styles if it not the issue try changing your device language to English and using device original keyboard app for renaming your name hope it'll work for you

I recently found few people who having same issue most of the time it's a issue related app you use it's very common when it failed to pass app verification just reinstall the game not the whole thing just only the app but install it from paystore before you uninstall your current app rename game related files in android obb folder and data folder after you finish installing rename them back to their original name if this didn't fix your issue try game self repair function in the right top corner check out ia it a connection related issue by simply changing network service(ISP) you use and if the is problem still there try a VPN that you can change your location to a region that game is currently allowed to use like JP Malaysia china or us as last option try using WiFi network hope this will help you have a nice day and best of luck
