True Crime: Hong Kong Coming In 2012 With New Title In a blog post on Square Enix's European site, the company revealed that it is indeed moving forward with production on the game, which is still being developed by ModNation Racers developer United Front Games, which had started the project when it was still owned by Activision.

Its astonishing that a virtually complete triple A title like this would just wind up in the dust bin! all that hard work! it looked utterly amazing! they were really taking the franchise to the next level then they decided to flush the game down the toilet! I was a huge fan of the True Crime series and to see it end this way on the eve of an epic release is tragic.

it's not cancelled, it will be released in 2012. some other company took over and it will be renamed :) check wikipedia for more info :)

@Graail7 It will be, it's practically done UFG is just adding enhancements to some places, most likely the graphics. It should be out early 2012.
