Why is it that the only videos about this smoker are from EcoQue? I want to buy one but now if I can not find a video from someone not related to the company

How often does the wood bend like that? I'd be a bit concerned about the tenderloin falling off.

You shot this in a vertical format? I hate that, videos and films are horizontal! This is a really bad trend, is your TV monitor vertical? I think not.
Im using woodprix instructions to make it and I do it already :)

originally called the Pyromid that was created by Paul Hait (Redmond Oregon) based on a devise used by North American indians in their Tee Pees. His Pyromid was made with a heavier gauge stainless. They were wonderful and you could get an oven that fit atop the grill as well for baking or smoking. Was VERY innovative ...
Gary, the original Pyromid was not made of heavier gauge stainless. All of our parts are either the same gauge or heavier. We made a dozen improvements/changes to the grill so that it would last as long or longer than the original.
EcoQue The *original* Pyromid was a heavier gauge than later models. Should have said "his original Pyromid". Either way I am glad the innovation is still alive. Is there a chance the oven will make a comeback too? Also you carry the liners? How many to a package for how much?

i think this is a pretty well made, informational video--it helped me make my decision on whether or not to get one
I saw this item and Friedman's Home Improvement and it looks really nice, however, I am skeptical. Good pizza cooks very quickly and high heat is important. Pizza's should never take longer than 5-8 minutes. I use a pizza stone in my electric oven, set at it's max of 550 degrees, and I usually have a great pizza in about 7 minutes. This is of course a regular thin crust pizza similar to what you've shown. I would think that if this pizza oven can achieve temperatures between 550-650 degrees it should be roughly the same time frame. Why 20 minutes?

I cook on it almost every week and have over 500 hours using it. Please provide a number where I can reach you and I'll be more then happy to provide you additional tips on how to build your fire so you can easily reach temperatures much higher than that. We have also just added a video that should help you here on You Tube on managing and building your fire.
You need a better video
The max temp for this oven is 700°F. I recommend 500°F for making pizzas. I have had several trials at this temp with success. This oven is great for pizzas and smoking.
I will not settle for a pizza oven unless the temp gets north of 800 degrees, taking 20 minutes to cook a pizza is not an 800 degree oven. In your spec sheet on the company site there is no mention of a max heat.
You guys need to do some actually food prep using this. I own one. I cannot get a fire in the baing chamber above 350 degrees. The smoker portion gets much hotter than that. The pizza surface will get up to 425...but it takes forever. What am I missing? I am using wood charcoal, not Kingsford type. Provide more useful info about its actual use!!!
looks cheap but a great ideal......too bad for the cheapness though and lack of finish design oh and terrible info video -could not get more obtuse
