    Big deer usually come out in mid day! They know they don’t see as many people at mid day. Most hunt mornings and evenings. They’re smarter than most people give them credit for

    • @j24575
      @j24575 2 месяца назад

      That is 100% false..they come out at night. That was not a big deer that was shot in this video

    • @Thewindingstairs747
      @Thewindingstairs747 2 месяца назад

      @@j24575 I know better! Deer do travel more at night. But in the rut, when they do move in daylight, it’s between 10 and 2 for me. They learn when people leave and when they return! I’ve witnessed it. I watched one hide from a family member when he started his truck to leave. It laid down in the tall grass it was walking through, AT 9:45 am, and stretched its neck straight out to hide its antlers in the grass.

    No limits when they are biting ! But a stringer is not always a good idea. ? The fish should be dispatched quickly and kept dry and cool. On ice preferably,leaving dying fish in the water can lead to parasites and bacteria that thrive in the water !

    • @jackmasters9953
      @jackmasters9953 6 месяцев назад

      Not true. Sure, warmer water helps but it’s not the end all. We clobbered them at Belle Isle bridge when the water was 34 degrees. Numerous other limits from 39-42. Try to always fish the stained water which is usually in Canada. Also, SLOW DOWN your jigging cadence!!!! 2-6” deliberate hops with slight pauses on the bottom. Better days ahead. 🎣🐟🎣🐟
