Hello there. What is it mean battery and error at the beginnig? Should l change the battery? I have this device just only for one week and l need to mesure my presure 2x a day. And how long should be time distance between mesuring? I did it once it was 140/90 90 2nd time after 10 min it was 120/80 85 Thank you

My model BNT100US was purchased in the US. I'm trying to change to Celsius from Fahrenheit but with absolutely no luck. The product I have is identical to that of the video.

arm cuffs are swelling more than 170 to 200 here to get results. in video, results given between 120~140. My device is broken or something? im following same instructions but cuffs going too tight, also hurts.

Mostly this thermometer is bad for accuracy and also my doctor checked this and it’s 37.1°C and the Braun Ear Thermometer is way accurate so my accurate temp is 37.0°C so I recommend buying the ear thermometer and the NO-TOUCH is unaccurate for 1°C or more for me

This device is a usability disaster. Just about all the Features that it has is making the whole experience worse. There is no way to skip the 5s last measuring time. Additionally, at every start, the device asks about the "fever guidance" choice for no reason and is additional hurdle, taking time from start to measure. The "night mode" feature is terrible. The display flashes in your face, so it is extra hard to find the ear. How did someone even get an idea that this is a feature? Such a shame, otherwise a capable device.

Do not purchase this product. The suction is not strong enough to suction mucus out of a babies nose. Useless. Was refused refund for a product that doesn’t do what it says it does.

jeez, what a sh*tty design. I tried every combination of button presses and holding before finally having to look it up. At least have it start in Farenheit if its being sold in the US.

You will have more luck just looking at your kids face than with this. Too bad even a quality product like Braun is now ineffective.

HORRIBLE! It was expensive and it didn't give correct readings, whether it says a temperature or the following reading in the same place (between the eyebrows) gives different values! It's not reliable, imagine what it's like to have a child with a fever and not know exactly what the temperature is because of this thermometer. I do not recommend

Product doesn't work, I put the batteries in and without touching the power button, it reads A1 and then LO and that's it. No information on how to fix
