This video is a tutorial for exploratory graphics (xGx) to provide structured approach for exploration of PKPD data. xGx is open-source, R-based, and available at opensource.nibr.com/xgx to encourage question-based approach to data exploration. The website also makes use of the xgxr Package, which we developed to help improve efficiency and code readability and is freely available on CRAN, and GitHub.
