Nice vlog and I do fully agree with you about the value of getting Global Entry 🙂 I assume you still paid the old fee of $100 per person for 5 years, which is definitely less than 100 pounds! (The price will go up to $120 on October 1st 2024). Another perk is that you can use TSA Pre-check if you have a connection within the US or on your way back as that is included! Since I'm staying with a friend in Florida, I tend to make the most of it and stretch it out to just one day over 12 weeks 🙂 That's 85 days as 90 days is the maximum you can stay on an ESTA and I always like to travel on a Wednesday 🙂

Hey there just watching your vlog, I have a question for you…how did you get row 20 on the plane as the lady I spoke to when booking our seats said they could not be booked (and exit row seats) until the day on check in (in case there were people with babies etc for the sky cots) Was this the same for you? I am trying to get extra leg room seats for my hubby who is waiting on a hip replacement and they won’t let me book any exit rows as we have booked special assistance. Any advice would be appreciated. Love the vlog, can’t wait to see the rest. Xx

It looks nice to be able to talk with your companion by dropping down the divider, but it doesn't look like you would enter/exit through their seat, but the seat of someone else. How easy was it for you (or for your son that had the window seat) to get out to the aisle to use the bathroom? It looks like you would have to go over the legs of someone not in your party and if they are fully reclined (sleeping) - would you have to wake them up? or do you have to "jump" over them?

Sadly because there's no First cabin between London and MCO - We've had to travel changing at Chicago...... Not sure I would enjoy the old Club World seat configuration or service. It's nice to be served each course separately and not all in one go on a tray....

Nice to see someone else repping BA! We flew over to Florida back in June, premium eco out, club home…the staff were outstanding, I had my 17 month old with me and they couldn’t have been more wonderful with her, so helpful and accommodating, I missed both meals as she was either eating or napping when they came round, so they brought me a meal later when it was easier for me on the day flight, and on the night flight just kept bringing me snacks when they thought I looked hungry. We didn’t think the business cabin was the best business cabin ever (got the old config) but the staff made up for it a thousand times over!
