A premium Omakase restaurant hidden in Thonglor- Located in Eight Thonglor building, this place deserves a credit for not only great sushi, but high quality omakase courses.
We chose the nigiri course with some added on menus. The food was surely high quality and tasted amazing
Here are some of my favorite menus:
🐟 Shima Aji - With a mixture of mackerel and kanpachi texture, the meat is firm, soft and fatty making this one my favorite one so far. The nigiri had truffle oil on top, giving fragrance but not overpowering the fish and rice.
🐟 Kinmedai (red snapper) was very soft and juicy. It was burned slightly. The fragrance, the sauce and the texture of the fish went well together.
