My first ever car race. Starting outside pole, qualifying 0.035 away from pole. Still a lot to learn, and need to work on some things but managed to finish the race in P3. I had just completed my driver's school and got my SCCA license right before. I want to thank Alliance Autosport for the huge support this weekend and for having a last-minute rental available. Race start: 1:47

Hey man! I got a couple questions, How old are you are you in the second clip, looks like one of the radical cars. Second, if your american, how did you get into actually driving race cars, I can’t find any carting leagues at all.
In the second clip I am 19 years old. Yes I'm American and there's a lot of karting leagues out there. They don't do much marketing so it is hard to find one. Are you looking to race in a karting league in the US? Maybe I can help you.

@@InfernalAvr0ra check out the Route 66 series, USPKS, and Road America (Wisconsin) has a local club series they run. There’s some other tracks in the area too. I recommend calling the track and asking what series are nearby

I think I’ve hit close to 80mph on the KA100 at NJMP and NCMP. And close to 90mph on the X30 given enough track

Question: What’s the red bar that comes on under braking on the dash say? (I dunno the spec car so dunno what it gots, but is it warning about wheel slip or something?) Sweet drive though
It says “low oil pressure”. Idk why it does that during braking
@@EthanOring thanks for the reply! Issue with oil scavenging under G load (ie oil pickup being towards the back etc)? Either way, keep carving that line 🙂

Yeah so basically fseries is dead and the deries replacing it for the local races is called North East Karting Challenge. You can run any engine you want
