for the fmwb-10, the ion shot is actually very useful, sure it'll take maybe one or two more shots to kill someone but with the fire rate of the heavy's guns it'll hardly matter. when in modes that involve vehicles it's definitely worth the drawback. same deal with the assault's cr-2. if you unlock the other two perks then i do suggest choosing those over the ion shot

from what i can tell your play style isnt very suited for a heavy, or at least not with the weapon your using. if your content with using heavy then i suggest switching to the dc15-le with a scope and reduced recoil or maybe the t-21, that way you can have more accurate shots. if you're just going for the completionist route then Godspeed my friend
