We use the gyms at every resort we stay at: 2 sessions of strength training plus 2 sessions of cardio (so at the gym 4 of the 7 days we are there). While most resort gyms have passable cardio equipment - for us the resistance (weight) training is what separates a good resort gym from one that isn't really a gym. All of the Sandals have a full body workout of resistance machinery (legs, back, biceps, chest, shoulders and triceps) plus a full set of dumbbells. The gyms are also air conditioned.

Nice video. The first time we had one of those outdoor soaking tubs was at Montego Bay (PJS Room), and we were amazed at how quickly it filled (same at the other Sandals) and how hot you could make the water (far too hot). We haven't booked a room since without one.

on the subject of bringing Rx medications and vitamins, can I bring them in a pill box, or does it have to be in their Rx bottles?

If you visit one of the other 2 Sandals resorts from your 'home base resort' for the day to use the beaches and pools, do you get facilities to use to shower/change into some evening attire to use one of the restaurants etc before getting the shuttle back to your base ???

We’re 1 week away from our trip!! We came to this resort for our honeymoon in August 2000 & loved it! We are coming back and staying in East bay, club level beachfront room. This will be a 24 anniversary/husband’s birthday trip & we hope it exceeds our expectations.

Do they ever do upgrades. We are staying in a basic room and our friends are in a butler room. Can we ask that our rooms be at least somewhat close together? My husband has some mobility issues and our room is being a far distance apart concerns me, thanks in advance. I enjoyed your video.
