Sorry I missed the call but I noticed a problem with athletes laying their bikes in front of the restroom facility’s and blocking access spectators were stepping over the bikes and around seemed like a tripping hazard. Great idea posting these follow up calls thanks!

Our league is very fortunate to have you on its leadership team, Chelle. (You, too, Shawn.) It is a fantastic idea to highlight the key people who make NCICL as great as it is; it was very enjoyable to learn about Chelle's 'MTB origin Story,' and to hear some of the details about what makes her one of those key people in the league. (Very happy to hear that you beat cancer, and I hope you never have to contend with that again.)

Sorry I missed the call, but reducing the laps for Varsity is a terrible idea! The races are already to short for Varsity! These kids put in a lot of training to race hard for 15-20 miles. Reducing their race takes it back to the short sprint type races they had to endure in middle school. The Varsity is for athletes who train no mater what the sport, they are the elite and should race elite type distances!
