What DAW are you trying to use it in? It only comes as a .vst so won't show up in Logic or anything that only uses .au plugins. Beyond that, it should work fine if you unzip the folder and then navigate to _MACOSX>PaxDelay>Mac>PaxDelayVST. The folder that says "PaxDelayVST" is the one that should be placed in your plugin directory.
