Nice colors, I love the hat! I finished building mine a week ago and enjoy plinking around the house. The only problems are getting hit in the head when you YEET! a shell out and hunting down the shells when it's time to reload.

If you need US imperial harware in Germany, just get it from the UK as they use a mix of imperial and metric. They have the standard 1/2x1/8" flat bar (caliburn bar), and they have 38mm/35mm tube which is like 0.1mm diferent from 1-1/2 OD 1-3/8" ID (caliburn plunger tube). O-Rings are called BS-123 instead of "dash 123" etc, it's exact the same except "bs" refers to "british standard". I'm not sure about threaded rod but it's easy to resize if you can't get the exact. (edited for clarity).

Hardware kits are also hard to get shipped to my country, that's why your projects are the best!! I hope you got inspired to add some ejection shells in your next ones! That would be awesome!

sorry for the stupid question, but im new both in fdm printing and in nerf stuff. If I understand it correctly i just need your files to print out, get some rubber bands and short nerf darts and assemble? Do i need any other parts like donors from retail blasters?

I just finished assembling my maraca but the propulsion elastic keeps slipping. and in order to keep it from doing that I have to make it too loose to actually fire with any practical velocity

I know I’m late to the show but do you think there’s a way to use a cord to get to 150-175 fps? I’m sure past a certain point it just cuts the darts in half down the middle and I’m sure the trigger is a limitation as well as it has to lift the cord out of the shelf to fire. I just picked up one and would love to build it up to a super stock blaster. Thanks.

Hey man, I made a mechanical sketch of a full auto stringer blaster, thought I should tell you in case you found the idea interesting and wanted to pursue it. Plus you work with stringers a lot and partially inspired the idea. I have posted a photo of the design but it’s kind of confusing so feel free to ask questions.

Hey hey. I love the design. The only issue I'm having is that the pusher mechanism is too narrow and it usually gets stuck in dart hole instead of pushing it. I think there is enough space to make the point of it wider? In this case it would push the sides of a dart also instead only the top?

I tried different types of cords, normal bungee cords will not do the job. Purchase elastic shock cord, the power it releases is amazing!

It would look especially great with a banana mag. The MP7 takes a banana mag. Would you ever consider doing an optional magwell flare in the style of custom m1911’s? Also like I said on another video, if you can get your blasters to shoot fast enough, they’ll benefit from a BCAR of some sort, as the flywheel folks are beginning to realize. Lastly if you can reconfigure this to resemble some sort of hunting rifle like the main body of the Xshot crossbow meets Rival Saturn

Always Make it pump action and put banana mags in the top. For reasons. Also as flywheeler folks have discovered with enough FPS, BCAR’s will work. Relatedly, if you could make one with a stock and body like the Xshot crossbow and make it shoot hot enough for rifling I’d love you forever. The Xshot thing is at least conceptually what I’d want from zombiestrike. Re more power, what about something that uses two cords?
