Thanks for the recipe for the doubles. I've tried a few and I'm ready to try this. Unfortunately, there are no arrows next to the other descriptions listed to get to the measurements. I'm going to have to guess the measurements for chana based on what you used in the video.

Honestly I have never tried it with bara dough but pholouri and saheena yes
In Guyana 🇬🇾 we call it Achar, long ago, the older folks use to put the oil and the Same ingredients and instead of frying it, put it in the hot sun for days to allow the seasonings to Infuse and you achieve the same results! Also, after finished frying it in the pan and bottling it, it is set in the sun for a few days to achieve that well done taste!

Hi it depends on how much tamarind you are using you will have to average your ingredients hence why I didn't write out one
