I have no idea how many as i take one box 20 ciggerate that is enough you can get down in airport of Bangalore and get more in airport incase you are in transit flight. Else step out of the airport cost will be little less

which route is good
Overall if you take sambalpur from kolkata without detour that I did in my last year journey then the road conditions are good but some patches will take a dig in your car. But in this route it passes via small towns and is 100 km more than the normal route from kolkata

They charged approx 1100
500 rs doesn't give you right to abuse someone especially when a person is not responsible for it directly. Make a formal complaint like a civil person and treat others like human being.

Pre-booked or served during the flight, you're travelling in Economy only - Business/First class nautanki avoid karo.
