This soldering station is a monster! I bought it an year ago and have done some jobs with this one. The thing I noticed most is the stability of the temperature. It's quick to start and can climb up pretty fast after getting hit with thermal loads. The tips are well made and they would last a long time. The built quality is topnotch. The plastic feels very solid and robust and we'll designed. It's fancy, blue display is easy to read and the user interface is super simple and intuitive with three buttons. Normally the user has to use to side buttons for temperature changing and the centre button will come into play when changing the settings. It has its sleep mode and auto shut-off as well. One problem is that the iron doesn't go into sleep mode when it's placed in the cradle. The sleep comes into effect after a predefined time which the user can change within a certain range. Auto shut-off time would start counting once it goes into sleep. The iron itself is slim and light, easy to hold and execute precise jobs due to the short distance between the tip and the grip. While it doesn't come with all of the features available from a high end device, all in all, Exso Ledsol 300 is decent unit for the price.

진짜로 이렇게하면되나요?
고열에 장시간 인두팁을 방치하게 되면 인두팁은 산화가 되어 인두팁에 산화막이 형성이 됩니다. 엑소사에서 판매중인 인두팁 재생클리너 TT-95 (www.exsotool.com/shop/item.php... 사용하게되면 재생이 가능합니다. 하지만 재생클리너가 없을 경우 임시적으로 팁을 재생시킬수 있는 방법입니다. 새 팁으로 돌리는 방법은 아닙니다.

이런 인두기는 용도가 뭔가요? 어떤 작업을 할때 쓰나요?
너무너무 느림...... 1분당 32,000개 부품 실장 하는 장비가 있는데.... 오븐에 구워면 한번에 다하는데... 납땜이 않니고 핵심은 실장입니다.
SMT 장비를 대체 하는 제품이 아닌 수작업으로 꼭 해야 하는 부분을 대신할수 있는 장비입니다.

your solder station seems to be better also then modern wellers ,yes this is true !!!! the tips are better ,the station and the electronics inside is also impressive ,for this price range this station is very very good !!!! but i dont understood ,why your company are so unpopular ????
