Live in Calif want to put on my patio what do I do or call
@@winniekepler you could call a local reputable epoxy floor service company in your area.
Floor looks better then the Lania , how does this hold up in the Florida heat and humidity???
@@crystalcoleman8668 thanks for your comment. With the proper prep, no issues.
All that work the homeowner could have thad the tile removed and done this job the right way. Lets hope the thinset doesn’t fail and start cracking up.
@@davidgoltsch5689 thanks for your comment. The tile was checked for hollows and good adhesion. Removing the tile would have added too much additional cost.
Can this be done on a pool deck? If so need a quote in Springhill
Hi Brandon, thanks for your comment. Yes, definitely you can do your pool deck. Give us a call at 727-916-2314. We also have a few videos here of pool decks we have done. Thanks
The video is good, but the guy is riding illegally, and by posting this video, he's encouraging others to do the same. Know where to ride before you go. All the information is there, so the excuse of I didn't know is no excuse.
I didn’t know that until your comment. I was riding with a small group and they were familiar with the location. My first time ever at Ocala. Was my last time too, it is too rutted out from side by sides…I was riding a ATV. Thanks for your comment 😀
noise was long than a few seconds LOL
That’s Incredibly Awesome! 🤗❤️✨
Thanks for your comment!😀
Sand doesn’t compress so I’m confused
Thanks for your comment, great question. Sand absolutely compresses. You drive on it every day. But in this application it would still allow the slab to move. But bottom line this is Florida so there are no freeze-thaw cycles. The best description of these joints is “control joints”. I just bring my northern nomenclature to Flordia. There is not much you can do to prevent the slab cracking. This just contributes to the aesthetics of the floor and makes it easier to maintain.
How much did you charge for that
If I remember correctly, $4,800.00. Thanks for your comment.
@@ProTechEpoxyFloors thank’s for getting back to me.
What did you have to do to work around the water heater? Thanks!
A lot of stretching lol. You grind as close as possible, then we have a detail tool with a carbide rasp for the rest. Because there is no traffic in the area behind the fixtures you only need a light on scratch on the floor.
@@ProTechEpoxyFloors Thanks for the info! Do you just tape up around the heater and use chip brushes to apply the actual epoxy/top coat?
@@TheCaseybfl yes, tape well. Then get epoxy and chips UNDER the fixture. It will appear to be sitting on the floor. Again you should use your carbide rasp in this area as well.
Nice Job!! That looks amazing!!
Thank you for your great comment.
Nice work...wish I was closer to you I'd come get trained. I live in Daytona beach.
Thanks for your great comment!
is that a expansion joint or control joint?
Thanks for your comment. Technically it would be a control joint. This is Florida so there is no freeze thaw cycle. I’m from a different region so my vernacular is “expansion”.
ماشاء الله تبارك الله
I've never tried to dump the ones I received. They're packed so tight I need a screwdriver to pry the scoop out. I was surprised how easily those dumped out.
This was in response to people buying 4-3/4 full containers thinking it “a case” of product. When in reality they are only buying 3 containers. .75 x 4=3.
How much more or less for a project like this 2,500..5,000…7,500?
Depends on what the project is. Other than garages we do not have standard pricing
Great Job, what was the name of the cover repair product you used ty
It’s an epoxy compound
@@ProTechEpoxyFloors Do you have manufacturer info, I'm lookin for a product to seal between floor and ply wood wall, then install a Polyaspartics flake 6 inch base ty
Hey James, we usually mix our own compound on site. But you can buy a 2 part kit, Surface Lab Epoxy Quick Patch. It is a pre thicken and you just mix 1-1. Thanks for your comment
Amazing job 👍
Nice but would have like to see the applying of the cove and the epoxy over the joint and the grinding and the recoating of them spots!
Torginol Domino?
Yes, FB-411
The way the black dirt are evenly spread, just seem too fishy.
Actually this was all CGI. Steven Spielberg and Pixar.
Very nice…BUT you never told how you did baseboards, 😳 SMH
Hey Mike thanks for the comment. This isn’t an instruction video but an information video for customers.
Looks great 👍
This is good floor. Available in India this product?
Thanks for your comment.
Excellent cleaning.

looks great
Thanks for your comment 😀
Shouldn’t it be poly the whole way through. Or a MVB then epoxy then poly on top…? I didn’t think epoxy was a good base coat for exterior (without a MVB first)….??
Bro you didn’t say anything about the tools you need where to start or anything.
Thanks for your comment. This is not an instructional video but an informational for customers.
What material is the epoxy chip made of?
Vinyl.
@@ProTechEpoxyFloors can we make DIY?
Damn you did a good job man. Hard to find people who actually do all the steps properly instead of shitty one day installs with half ass prepped floors.
Thanks! It’s appreciated.
It's as good as watching ice curling.

Wicking wicking
Definitely not. Recovery on the bonzer is awesome and there was a dry pass as well.
Shouldn't the floor be white ? It looks scuffed up.
The floor is ground again after repairs are made.
How did this carpet get so dirty? Not just spots but all over?
It's staged. They sprinkle black powder to make it look dirty......I know because my friend is a carpet cleaner and this is method they use to lure you in
Looks like soot, it comes up a bit on the dry up pass.
Oh this gets me hot under the collar.
how many pounds of flakes/ 100 sqft is that?
We put down about 2 1/2 times the amount that actually stick to the epoxy. The excess is scraped and collected. This job was about 650 square feet. So about 80 lbs final but we applied 160-180lbs before scraping and collecting. This ensures complete and even coverage
5 Minutes and I would throw that thing in the bin - seriously slow and frustrating. i would do that with a 7" grinder, but my 5" is 3 times faster than that at least. Tell me you have the wrong discs on it for the task!
You sir are a Rockstar and I envy you greatly

Great job I have watched alot of videos you guys got a great system to epoxy garage floors...I'm in Florida trying to my epoxy business going
Have you recently crossed paths with Paul from Odessa?
No I recently relocated to Daytona Beach
Congrats on starting your company. I'm down in South Florida Miami. Whenever you need help or preperation let me know.
So satisfying all that soil melted like butter💪❤️😍🙏🏼✅😘🔥
Good clean love the zipper 💯🙏🏼💪❤️🔥✅
That’s a bonzer I believe
Not a bad tool 😉
Can the jet size be reduced on it do you know ?
Yes. This is the factory setup. I did a dry stroke after extraction
Can it be used with a portable
You would definitely want auto fill dump if using a portable. The wand works best with a lot of flow.
