I personally dont agree with many things of ISI and Pakistan and Its true State should go hard on terrorism. But here i am sorry to say but agree with this general. This is true, we need to go into details. Who r these terrorists? What type of conditions they r in? What is their political ideology? What is their school of theology? R all terror groups have same motivations? Is any foreign powers invaded their country? These r important questions. The real picture is in these points.
