I was taking Doxazosin morning because, I felt that it was already low sleeping so I should take it on the daytime my blood pressure is higher. Taking in the morning my numbers were erratic and too high through the day. I started taking at night and my numbers became moderate and balanced, and lower throughout the day. I went from 140 weekly average to 125 weekly average. Night time made a big difference for me. and this is where a ambulatory tester, this is the only way each individuals can decide morning or evening dose.

Burning fats help me. Also I felt great after having tuna salad (with olive oil) sandwiches for breakfast. As a guy who's had brain problems before. Bone broth helped then (concentrated or bone broth powder) and plently of salad. Tuna Niciouse... I'm hopefully recovering alright this time round. Brain bleeding is new though :/

I'm also poor now, so it's hard. I just about manage to afford tuna xD and salad is expensive

I need to go back to work but I'm sleeping for 12-14 hours (more on bad ones, solid sleep though, my eyes wont open till after a few dreams) on a good day. Jobs starting soon...

I had covid and my brain bled a bit. Speech problems lasted a few months, thinking still hurts, dizziness gone etc (few more symptoms, burning senss and shooting pains are fading, other things too) Don't know what that is but I slept for 16 hours solid just now. And another 12 hours each time I go to bed minimal/normally

  • @Grits-N-Grace4U

I get what this is saying & I can see how this may be true for some people some of the time. However, it doesn’t explain those of us who may have COPD which has slowly progressed to the point where despite having none of those indwelling fears, find ourselves getting so SOB, that we are not just breathless, but lightheaded & dizzy in attempting new and/or normal things that don’t have a previous trigger to it. Such as simply walking to the car, or sweeping 🧹 a small area. That seems to have more to do with the progression of the disease rather than anything else. So can the brain be retrained in those cases? Bcuz I’m thinking no amount of retraining will give us more oxygen & our ability to breathe better back to us. 🤔 💭 But who knows 🤷‍♀️ I could be wrong.

iPS cells are junks indeed. Prof. Shinya Yamanaka should apologize to the world due to iPS cells. Stem cell therapy is to help those endogenous adult stem cells (ASCs) to clear away so-called inhibitory molecules so that its regenerative potentials can be triggered for regeneration. iPS cells, autologous and/or allogeneic stem cell transplantation all are junks. God's mercy nano-medication is the only stem cell therapy. God created man from an extract of clay. An extract of clay is the materials for nano-medication. All glory belongs to God !
