The surviving members of The Headquarters (1983 to 1988) met together for the first time in 33 years on this day for my birthday. With family and friends on backing vocals and bass. No time for rehearsal but being my birthday it meant I got to choose the cover versions ! This is Mother Primeval by the unparalleled Gutter Brothers. A pale imitation but a labour of love nonetheless
