Likely because Bill and Ted 3 is being produced. Not to mention that it's a bit tough to make jokes about things without offending people.
I was lucky enough to see THE last showing of this. So heart tearing when the actors of Bill and ted used their real names so sign off. The show took 10 minutes longer due to all the cheering. Once In a lifetime event

This years show was advertised as being the last year of Bill and Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure at Halloween Horror Nights however there is a large movement to bring the show back if you visit savebillandted.com
I doubt it will be saved. Especially now that we live in a time where Universal and other theme parks have to cancel shows in order to keep things fresh, or to avoid offending people who can't take a joke.

Nope, I was there for last show, there were a lot of extra jokes than the rest of the shows for the year. This is just a normal run of the show.
I went to the last meet and greet the night b4 the last one. I was the second to last person but I got my picture.
