The marine lake used to have loads of attractions, it was a day out by itself. Pedalo's and rowing boats to hire for the more energetic and a pirate ship with sails and an engine for the more sedate folks, tractor train went around the road on the lake, amusement aracade,cafe,small funfair,donkeys,trampolines,crazy golf,astroglide slide,kids play park,go carts. What is there now apart from the steam train?

Earn 60 Grand a year renting out a caravan in Towyn, thats over £1000 a week 52 weeks a year, most sites close 3-4 months each year. Are you for real. Most owners who rent out only achieve bookings in school holidays, insurance which you didnt know you had to have is more expensive as well. Anyone thinking about buying a static caravan please don't take advice from this guy.

I think for 95%+ of people, given the choice, they'd take a house every time. I think there is a fair bit of pyschobabble from a lot of vloggers to deny this reality. If l was young now then l'd definitely to it to save up £, it's totally sensible with rents so high. But it's depressing to think that people have to do it, whether they want to or not, the UK is failing it's citizens.

I think you are selling the fantasy.. You need to be financially secure first. Always plan for the worst possible scenario. example breakdowns. Where will you live, if it cant be fixed at the roadside. Medical emergency's and health care etc Also be sure your partner is fully committed too. If you have that covered do it!

Not everyone can live in a van - for very obvious reasons. It's great for vlogging but again not everyone can make a living from vlogging. I think the sanitary arrangements, maintenance costs, lack of a solid connection to a community will eventually wear down most people.

I like your video, it's different. What about living in a caravan? You could stay put on a campsite for a while and then move on. You can use your car to get shopping etc, rather than taking your whole home to the shops if you were in a campervan.
