@Therealphantomzero I do not. This is not al all built like an iceco or dometic. It rides in my bed (I have a bed cover) on some of our shorter trips but we use it more traveling in our suv.

Good question. I think it's the same driving wise, but parking brake drum wins. I don't need a parking brake, I needed to be able to clean it and maintenance it easily and disk wins that. My truck is used on a ranch with muddy and creek crossings and my drums were always getting filled with mud and not working so...

I made a bracket out of aluminum that I bolted to the roof where the bolts are to hold it to the cart. Those bolts on the roof already were almost the spead apart as my 42" light bar oem brackets and my aluminum brackets made up the difference. I used the mounting brackets from my light bar to bolt to the aluminum brackets, I bolted on the cart. Hope that makes sense. I have since made an aluminum roof and just bolted it straight on the roof.

Thank you! It was a super fun build. Scary at first. I talked to several manufacturers directly as this was a customer build, and ended up using Shenzhen Yileide Technology on alibaba for a custom charger. Their customer service and price were un matched. I can use it both on 120v AND 240v outlets. 15 amps on 120v, and 25 amps on 240v. Will be posting a video detailing the whole cart build with all the information soon.

Next time it sticks, wiggle the shifter around in park while trying to pull the key out. If wiggling works this will work for you.

Did your drain leak?

I know with lead acid batteries, the corrosion comes from the different elements of the metals, chemicals and acids, and the corrosive gases. I know if you puncture one of these batteries it could start a fire but as long as you don't puncture them and keep their health monitored, we should be fine. Was there something specific you were asking, am I missing something?

Home made. It's a 6 or 8 relay panel up under the emergency brake area. The switch panel is under the radio. Instead of wiring the hot wire to a switch, then to the light, I wired the relays hot and ready to fire, and used low voltage/amp switches wired to ground, to make the ground connection to the Relay, setting it off. So the switch just connects the Relay to ground turning it on, that's a better explanation. Back in the old days with filament bulbs when relays were rare, I used to start fires running the hot wire through the switch with 40+ amps, and hated having all those wires everywhere running back and forth from the switches. If you ground the switch that's one less hot wire I have to run. Only down side is you can't run lighted switches. Make sense?

When I'm on road only, I'm getting about 8 miles per 10% of battery, driving conservative with the family. Working the ranch, hauling feed around, construction materials, various terrain including hill climbing, rocky trails, and creek crossings I get about 4 miles per 10%. Mixed use I'm getting 5 miles per 10%. Anything really off pavement or flat terrain, takes a drain. But 40 miles on 60-70% discharge is about average.

@@yourunclefab I haven’t done a range test on my 105ah battery yet, but I used mine for some rock crawling, and trail riding, and I used 30% in 4 miles. Of course your battery has 125% more storage than mine, and I would get way better range using it normally. I am going to get another 105ah battery, and parallel them for 210ah. I also figured my welded diff reduces some efficiency. I am working on a switch that will allow me to select 4wd or 2wd

I really couldn't get it any tighter, but I've never had it happen again. It's also never been in full sun since then either. Might have been excess condensation collecting on the drain assembly since it's not insulated. Not quite sure.
