RP Law is not at the level of Sakazuki. At least there are some decks which can compete with it. So, I don't think he will get ban.

It is awesome to get Barto in the Uta deck but I am a little shocked we still don't get Film Nami who is a staple.

honestly, I have been thinking of a massive revolution army deck with sanji, they have some very neat effects even though some may have onplay, cards like morrley, or lindberg, or inazuma with banish, all of them have no onplay and very neat effects when attacking with 7k+. Imagine dropping Ivankov, buff it to 7k, drop a karasu, debuff enemy leader or character and smack him for 7k, or chainplay into Izo and now it´s 2 7k attacks, one with banish, or any other revo effect.

I joined originally and my 1st deck was when Katakuri dropped. Was my favorite deck to play but unfortunately did end up quitting bc of how absurd red was at that time. Jumped back in bc of the Boa Hancock leader as she's one of my favorite characters/Waifu and built her deck. But MAN how I am looking forward to both the blue and yellow starters! That Big Mom effect for 6 cost is nutty.

On first read I really thought shanks could use his effect on your and your opponents turn. That would be amazing. Only on opponents attack is just not great.

Been playtesting a Y/P good stuff deck for Nico Robin Leader and you indeed only use her ramp effect once, maybe twice a whole game. The banish is very threatening and strong, paired with some other certain cards that provide a lot of additional pressure like Banish Zoro or ST-20 Charlotte Linlin on just turn 3. I've got a decent deck formula going for her now that she feels only like a Strong B - Low A tier at the moment. It all depends on the type of support we see in OP09 whether she ascends the ranks. Either way, I will be playing her!

I personally don't think that blackbeard can ever truly be S tier, simply because it creates this weird loop: -the good decks get shut down by blackbeard -blackbeard becomes dominant -because of that, people stop using on play effects as much -blackbeard starts losing, as his effect only hinders him, making him a less effective black deck -blackbeard starts diminishing -on play effects start popping up again -rinse, repeate

I mean, you CAN play characters like Gecko Moria and Rebecca, but it is strongly not advised

One thing about buggy, its not limited to once per turn so 20don play at 10don is very possible 🙄

it would be so much better if shanks would reduce 2k Power and not just 1k. RB-Sabo´s effect is so much better. But The Effect is good for early and mid game. U dont get much 5k hits and u can safe life and handcards.

Just in case, Shanks -1k is only for that turn...

Call it copium but I think shanks is ok, nothing gamebreaking but it messes everyone’s curve becus they need one extra don and there’s no more free multiple 5k hits early game. Might do well with the wb package where shanks sit on 7k and opp requires 3 don to even hit 7k base
