This is almost comical. Putting the court case aside. Jack failed as the leader of REX. He failed the employees and the investors with his leadership. Listen, one site should not have taken down a company. He should have changed course and guided the company into a direction that would have saved it. But, he never listened to anyone that worked for him. It was his way or no way. He had leaders in the company that had no idea about real estate sales, he wasted 20 million of investor dollars in crazy ideas that never produced one thing. Again, one site should have never taken down the company. It was his leadership that was the downfall of a good thing.
