Your green sword looks like the filament had moisture in it, moisture can cause the filament to print bad, and it also makes it very brittle.

Thanks for this vid! I didn't realize after opening mine up from curiosity that there was a microSD lurking around. In your vid you can see the silver socket with a half circle taken out at the front, which is an SD card for the actual controller board. I'm still putting together details from that. But having removed the SD card and taken a look, I am now able to better figure out the website Cura slicer settings to document better slicer settings for other slicers.

I’m having the same error but removing and adding the card didn’t work. Did it work for you or do you have any other suggestions?
My suggestion is to pull the card and put it into a windows system and then let windows format it. That will show if it the card is working or not.
To clarify what this SD card is for, it stores the raw gcode text being sent over when you click "Print Me". The card is 128MB (at least on my ToyBox) and has 1 standard "Windows" partition. That partition does not actually contain a usable filesystem that can be mounted. It is literally just a raw scratch space. It is generally filled with hex 0xff for the whole partition, but text gcode gets written as needed. At the least, doing a full format in Windows will show that the SD card is good or not, as cards do go bad.
