I bought this game shortly after it was released. My 486 PC was constantly crashing while playing, so it was just loading, playing, saving, crashing, doing it all again. Managed to finish the game after all, and playing it through many times after that. Good times, good memories.

I found my old DVD in the box. it’s so old since I got it in 2000! I look for anyway to find to play this and I found you tube in tv. I love to play this I’m 60 now lol. Whoa I want to play it again in my ages time lol so I realized in you tube don’t do CC I’m feeling ouch oh no!!! Can you please turn on to add CC? I really love to play in a huge tv. It’s must be amazingly using tv in Myst, Riven, and Exile. Awesomely! Can’t wait to play with CC. Looking forward! Appreciate.

Innovative mechanics, cool music, nice scenery but boring fan fiction level writing. Who in their right mind would think an enjoyable reward for completing a step is a lecture ? "You've done well my friend" or "I grow the tree, no I am now grower in the tree, I am the growith ! How I failed, woe.." (Whole time I'm thinking : When are you going to shut up & leave my solitude.) Expositions I've grown accustom to but not throughout the entire game. They should've tried for Riven fidelity & expanded from there. More art & puzzles less people.

Kudos to the ones who can actually play this game in 2024. Even bigger kudos to the one who can show me how to play it in 2024.

How the hell do you get her to run? The slow walking is killing my will to continue playing this game.

Very good but far too much dialogue. Most will get tired of the excessive puzzles. I find them fascinating though.

I loved playing this game it just takes talent to figure out how much the languages changed in the mindset

I stopped at Riven back in 98 so i almost want to stop watching this and play it instead, so crazy you can look around now, makes it alot harder

This is the Lombard Street ending with Tex being a nice guy but not winning Chelsee. Tex ends up on a holodate. To win Chelsee, when explaining why he missed their date, you mustn't go straight for showing her the evidence of the bump on the head but instead take the establish trust in a relationship option.

Took me ages to finish Myst on PS1. Then I bought Myst EXILE on PS2 only 5 years ago but gave up with it because I found it so difficult. I remember getting very very lost in some jungle type area climbing up and down a tree with leaves and flowers and pods. I just got so confused. Is it worth me trying again? I didn't use any cheats or guides. Perhaps that's the only way I could play it, but that defeats the object, I never like to use cheats or guides, especially in a puzzle game!
