Where they will catch you is the 18 month constructions that’s 3k plus a month. Financing the test is crazy high interest. The best way is buying everything in cash. Don’t let home owned you

@@DRSemperFi The nearest beach is 20 minutes away. If you want to be closer to the beach the town of Las Terrenas has many beach options close by.

@@1XMASTER1 No. I have never seeing a tent in any of the beaches. These areas have 2 police entities: National & Tourist police, the latter one protects the tourists and tourists areas

El Porto is amazing! Asked my wife to marry me on the beach right in front. They brought us champagne on the beach after she said yes! Food was spectacular! Highly recommend. Playa Coson is one of my favorites. Walk for miles on sandy beaches without seeing many people.

Todo suena muy lindo para ser verdad .. son edificios viejos y mar contruido. Y luego se parten en pedasos y es para el agua que va uno hacer comida de los cocodrilos.😮😢
Hay de todo en todas partes, las cosas nunca son blancas o negras. Hay edificios viejos, nuevos, mal hechos y bien hechos especialmente cuando son de marcas prestigiosas como Mercedes Benz, Diesel etc. Cuando vives al Nivel del océano estás expuesto a la naturaleza cómo tambien a la belleza que te ofrece vivir frente al agua - TODO viene con su paquetico, NO HAY lugar perfecto que sea un paraíso. 🙌
